Gbaee Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

1 General Provisions

Gbaee.onl (referred to hereinafter as "gbaee" or the "Platform") is an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other authorized regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between gbaee and any user of its services ("Member" or "you").

By registering, logging in, or using any service on gbaee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy you agree to comply. Using our services without reading or understanding these terms is entirely at your own risk.

Gbaee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users via the platform and indicate the date of the update. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

To register an account with gbaee, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. We reserve the right to close any account at any time if these requirements are not fulfilled.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Creating an account or playing any game on gbaee is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region where you reside.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.

3 Deposits & Payments

Before depositing on gbaee, make sure your account has been fully verified. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• The maximum single deposit limit may vary depending on your account tier and payment method.
• Deposits are normally credited instantly. If there is a delay, contact customer support within 24 hours.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Gbaee does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

If suspicious payment activity is detected, gbaee may refund the deposit and suspend the account pending verification. This measure is taken to prevent money laundering and fraud.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before you can withdraw from gbaee. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until all conditions are satisfied.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• To withdraw earnings from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Processing may take longer on public holidays.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account level.

If a withdrawal request is cancelled for any reason, the funds will be returned to your account and our customer support team will notify you of the reason.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Gbaee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A 20x rollover on the bonus amount is required before withdrawal.
• Cashback: The weekly cashback offer has no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn directly.
• Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are subject to a 30x wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Wagering using bonus funds must be completed within a specified time limit. Once the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Gbaee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on gbaee operate using internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that every outcome is completely random and fair. Neither players nor gbaee can influence game results.

• Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentage, as detailed on the game's information page.
• If a game result is declared void due to a technical error, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game session, your game state will be saved and you can resume once reconnected.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any errors made by the dealer or by gbaee due to technical issues will be corrected accordingly.
• In Sports Betting, wager amounts are calculated once the result is confirmed. If an event is changed or cancelled, the applicable rules will be followed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbaee. Violations will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Using gbaee for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes artificially by exchanging bets with other members.
• Abusing or threatening gbaee staff.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Gbaee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the member's own request.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 may be deducted from inactive accounts.

9 Responsible Gaming

Gbaee believes gaming is entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with gbaee, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–72 hours.

• After a complaint is submitted, gbaee will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
• For complex disputes, the investigation process may take up to 30 days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through gbaee's internal process, it may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, gbaee's server logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.

12 Changes to Terms

Gbaee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.
